Eight new, modern, high-end townhouses located at 254 Glenvar Road, Torbay. With an eastward, steeply sloping aspect, these new, luxury family homes provide outstanding views of the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island from each of their three levels.
Early concept sketches, meetings with clients, 3D modelling, and full resource concent documentation.
Babbage provided multi-disciplinary consultancy including Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and Facade services.
Achievements:
Approved consent. Clever master planning and precise building massing. Working with millimeters precision to achieve maximum gains for the best views and height to boundary permissions. Seamless integration of new development to the challenging nature of existing terrain.
